Short pastry lines

The production lines, producing fine short pastries, can be semi or fully automated in consideration to needs and the type of the respective production and they can differ very much from one to another depending on the type of the product.

We think that all the customer´s requirements could be first consulted with our specialists and then the design of the line could be prepared so that it would satisfy the demand for the production and would respond to the possibilities how to arrange the line in the premises of the bakery.

Lines can serve for a variety of skilled production of smaller series of a wide range of products while maintaining effective production volume. Lines are mainly intended for producing stuffed cakes, fancy bread, cross buns and another sorts of short pastries.
